Fort Hunt Cheer

FHC Fall Sideline Cheer - The Side Line Cheer Team participates at all Fort Hunt Home games at Carl Sandburg Middle School.  They conduct traditional sideline cheers and routines which motivate the teams and crowd. The season runs from August thru December, ending with the Winter Invitational Competition in Alexandria.

FHC Spring Competition Team - Recreational Level Competitive cheerleading is when cheer squads compete against each other at local competitions against other local cheer squads. At a typical cheerleading competition, teams perform a 2-and-a-half-minute routine with music that includes stunts, jumps, and tumbling. Teams are judged by a panel of cheerleading experts on difficulty and execution. This season runs from January to April ending with the Spring Invitational Competition in Alexandria.

Ages are 6-16 years old as of August 1, 2024

Individual fees: $195.00

FHC Clinics and Camps

FHC 2024 Summer Camp:

 July 22th thru July 26th, 6-8pm

Ages  6-16 years old as of August 1, 2024

The Fort Hunt Cheer Summer Camp is designed to give Cheerleaders a solid foundation in the basics of Cheer. The camp will focus on the fundamentals needed to excel in Sideline cheer. The camp is directed by Fort Hunt cheer coaches.

Clinics: 

   23-24 Winter Tumble and Stunt Clinic 

January 9th-February1st ; Tuesdays and Thursday 6-8pm

**Additional Clinics will be added throughout the season**

2025 Spring Competition Cheer

Ages are 7-16 years old as of August 1, 2024

New Athlet  Individual Fees: $250.00 

(uniform package included in the fee, this uniform belongs to the cheerleader)

Returning Athlete Individual Fees: $100

Season Fees subject to change

If you are a returning athlete but need a new uniform please register as a "new athlete".
