Fort Hunt Sportsmen Association
Raising Money to Support All Sport Programs Fort Hunt Sportsman Association is a booster club that raises money for youth athletic associations in the Mount Vernon, Virginia area. Unlike many booster clubs, our organization helps all local school sport programs.
Each year hundreds of families attend Fort Hunt Youth Athletic Association softball games in the Fairfax County region. FHYAA softball is known for fun, sportsmanship and fair competition.
Sponsorship offerings now include on-site banners, web advertising and player scholarships to accommodate unprecedented interest from area businesses and families. Pricing options are available for marketing budgets of any size.
League Sponsor - Exclusive. One per league.

$1,000 sponsorship
Field Sponsor - Six total opportunities in left, center and right field for Carl Sandburg and Walt Whitman field.
- Banner in left, center and right field at designated field upon availability

- Opening day recognition (conducted prior to Spring season)
$500 sponsorship
Team Sponsor - Opportunities determined by number of teams in each league. One sponsorship is available for each team on a first come, first served basis.
- Company name on player uniforms for Spring and/or Fall seasons
- Rotating ad on website
- Recognition on social media including league Facebook page
- Opening day recognition (conducted prior to Spring season)
- Team picture and plaque (Spring only)
$200 sponsorship per single season or $350 for both Spring and Fall Seasons
Opening Day Sponsor - FHYAA's opening day event featured games, a cookout and introductions of each softball team in the league. As our exclusive opening day sponsor, you will receive:
- Logo and company promotion on opening day promotions
- Display table at opening day festivities for giveaways or promotion
- Rotating ad on website
- Recognition on social media including league Facebook page
- Opening day recognition (conducted prior to Spring season)
$250 sponsorship
Championship Tournament Sponsor- FHYAA's championship tournament is a one week tournament at the conclusion of the Spring season. Each 10U, 12U and U18 team participates and climaxes with a championship game for these age groups. This sponsorship is exclusive for this one week softball celebration:
- Sponsor awards championship trophies at conclusion of each championship game
- Delivery of ceremonial "First Pitch" for 12U and U18 championship
- Rotating ad on website
- Recognition on social media including league Facebook page
- Opening day recognition (conducted prior to Spring season)
$250 sponsorship
Player Sponsor - Unlimited option to provide funding for needs based player scholarship for one season.
