Established in memory of Jackson Casey, this scholarship honors student-athletes who exemplify the qualities that made Jackson so special—strong character, sportsmanship, leadership, and friendship. Through their actions both on and off the field, these recipients embody the values that continue to define Jackson's legacy within the Fort Hunt community.

Benjamin Knapp
West Potomac High School, Class of 2026
Ben will attend James Madison University this fall. A dedicated Fort Hunt athlete, he participated in Fort Hunt Football and Basketball for more than five years.

Mary Carlson Loving
Bishop Ireton High School, Class of 2026
Mary Carlson will attend Auburn University this fall. She has been a part of the Fort Hunt community for more than ten years, participating in both Fort Hunt Lacrosse and Basketball.

This year, we received a record number of scholarship applications, making the selection process more competitive than ever. The quality of the applicants was truly outstanding, and we are honored to recognize Ben and Mary Carlson for their exceptional achievements and character.
